Sprigster Fizz is an award-winning, non-alcoholic sparkler with a delightfully fruity nose and clean finish. The liquid has been crafted from ingredients that can be found in abundance in our classic English garden at Pythouse Kitchen Garden, and contains no added sugar or nasties.
The drink is made from a slow-cooked grain vinegar mash of hops, rhubarb, ginger and fennel seeds, that is gently infused for several weeks, allowing the botanicals to marry together. To create the fizz, a gooseberry reduction and local spring water is added before carbonation, resulting in a complex, beautifully dry and refreshing celebratory drink.
