This delicious gooseberry infusion tastes of our garden, contains no added sugar and uses 100% natural ingredients.
The drink is made from a slow-cooked grain vinegar mash of hops, rhubarb, ginger and fennel seeds, that is gently infused for several weeks, allowing the botanicals to marry together. To create the finished gooseberry infusion, we mix the mash with local spring water and a gooseberry reduction and then carbonate.
Our liquid is steeped in provenance. First created using ingredients grown and harvested by us, the gardeners and cooks of Pythouse Kitchen Garden, the acclaimed restaurant in South Wiltshire, this remarkable ‘mash’ of botanicals perfectly encapsulates the unmistakable terroir of our English country garden.
