These gooseberry, apricot and damson infusions perfectly encapsulate the taste of our English country garden, contain no added sugar and use 100% natural ingredients.
The drinks are made from a slow-cooked grain vinegar mash of hops, rhubarb, ginger and fennel seeds, that is gently infused for several weeks, allowing the botanicals to marry together. To create the finished infusions, we mix the mash with local spring water and apricot, gooseberry or damson fruit reductions and then carbonate.
Our liquid is steeped in provenance. First created using ingredients grown and harvested by us, the gardeners and cooks of Pythouse Kitchen Garden, the acclaimed restaurant in South Wiltshire, this remarkable ‘mash’ of botanicals perfectly encapsulates the unmistakable terroir of our English country garden.
