Bitter Beet & Berry

With Sprigster, Mezcal, Beetroot, Blackberry and Campari
Sprigster takes on a Negroni, lending a fruity acidity in place of a vermouth. The robust, earthy flavours of the beetroot, fruity blackberry and the smokiness from the mezcal pair beautifully with and accentuate the subtle rhubarb notes in the Sprigster.

INGREDIENTS

15ml Sprigster
15ml Beetroot & Blackberry Reduction *4
25ml Campari
30ml Mezcal
2 dashes Orange Bitters (optional)

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice for about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass with a large cube, garnish by expressing the orange peel over the glass and dropping it in to the drink.
