With Sprigster, Basil, Lemon, Honey, Apple, Sunflower Seed and Cucumber Bitters (af)


Sprig of Summer

With Sprigster, Mint, Elderflower, Gooseberry Preserve and Lime (af)

With Sprigster, Apricot, Fennel, Bay and Soda (af)

Redcurrant Spritz

With Sprigster, Gin, Sherry, Redcurrant, Salt and Cider or Tonic


Pear & Ginger Fizz

With Sprigster, Light Rum, Pear & Ginger, Bitters and Champagne

With Sprigster, Mezcal, Beetroot, Blackberry and Campari


Kitchen Cupboard Cocktails

No need for a cocktail shaker - a jam jar and lid will do very nicely!

Sprigster Spring Spritz a/f

50ml Sprigster
Teaspoon of Rhubarb (or any seasonal) Preserve
Generous squeeze of Lemon
Soda top

Combine ingredients (not soda) and shake with ice. Pour into a tall glass over ice and top up with soda. Garnish with lemon and spring herbs.


Sprigster No.1 a/f

60ml Sprigster Original
Brown Sugar cube
Angostura Bitters
Soda top

Place sugar cube in a rocks glass and douse with 8-10 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Allow to soak and swirl until the sugar is dissolved. Add ice and the Sprigster and stir. Top with soda.


Mighty Fino

50ml Sprigster Original
25ml Fino Sherry
15ml Seasonal Fruit liqueur
Orange Wedge & Rosemary Sprig
Sparkling Sprigster (or kombucha) top

Combine ingredients (not sparkling Sprigster) in a mixing jug with ice and stir for one minute. Pour into a tumbler with ice and top with the sparkling Sprigster. Garnish with orange wedge and Rosemary.


The Ginger Sprig a/f

50ml Sprigster Original
Juice of half a Lime
Teaspoon Honey
8 Mint Leaves
Ginger Ale top

Combine ingredients (not ginger ale) and shake with ice. Do not bruise mint too much. Pour over ice and top up with ginger ale.


Chateau Sprig

60ml Sprigster
30ml Sauternes
10ml Elderflower (or other e.g nettle) cordial
Orange Zest
Fennel Fronds

Combine ingredients in a mixing jug with ice and stir for 1 minute. Pour over rocks in a tumbler and garnish with orange zest and a fennel frond.


Sprigster Apple Sour

50ml Sprigster Original
50ml Apple Juice
25ml Gin (optional)
Half a lemon
Egg White or Aquafaba

Combine ingredients and shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a tumbler over rocks. Garnish with a sprig of something from the garden.
