Sprigster Raspberry Fino

50ml Sprigster
40ml Fino Sherry
Barspoon Raspberry Preserve (or any seasonal jam/preserve)
Sprig of Mint

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until all ingredients are well combined and a light foam has formed. Double strain into a Nick & Nora or small Coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.

The Ginger Sprig a/f

50ml Sprigster Original
Juice of half a Lime
Teaspoon Honey
8 Mint Leaves
Ginger Ale top

Combine ingredients (not ginger ale) and shake with ice. Do not bruise mint too much. Pour over ice and top up with ginger ale.

Sprigster Mule a/f

50ml Sprigster
200ml Fiery Ginger Beer
Squeeze of Lime
Ginger Bitters (optional)
Sprigs to garnish

Load a glass 3⁄4 full with crushed ice, add the Sprigster and then fill to the top with the ginger beer and stir gently. Add a few dashes of ginger bitters. Serve with sprigs of green and the squeezed lime wedge.
